I'm Lanre Lawal, also known as "The Consultant," an Artist Manager and Music Business professional hailing from Lagos, Nigeria. I proudly serve as the Founder of The Bail Music Company, a comprehensive hub for Artist Management, A&R, and Music Business Consulting. Additionally, I hold the esteemed position of Senior Partner at Clockwyce Enterprise, a prominent player in music, movies, book distribution (both digital and physical), and publishing.

In 2016, I started "Organised Chaos," an annual concert series that has become synonymous with excellence in showcasing emerging talents. Widely recognized as one of Nigeria's most organized and successful concert events, Organised Chaos has provided a pivotal platform for alternative music and musicians to flourish.

My role as a Music Industry professional extends beyond my entrepreneurial endeavors. I've had the privilege of working with some of Africa's brightest talents, fostering a formidable team of passionate and skilled music professionals. Through mentorship, I've contributed to the success of numerous managers dedicated to promoting African music.
