Being a part of “Cashtime Fam” & playing a
role on their 1st ever single, ‘Number 1’ feat.
Molly, Fab Futur3, who was then known as
Aby Fab, went on tour with the crew in
2011, sharing the stage with the likes of
PRO, HHP, Teargas, AKA, Kwesta, JR,
Liquideep, and L-Tido.
Fab Futur3 went as far as proclaiming
himself as the country’s REMIX KING, & THE
MOST UNPREDICTABLE RAPPER ON LAND!

BIOGRAPHY

WHERE IT ALL BEGAN:

Born as Brandon Moletsane Motaung,
Fab
Futur3's introduction to art and music started
with a love of poetry. He was more familiar with
the poetic side of the artistry of rhythm &
rhyme, until a classmate introduced him to Rap &
Hip-Hop.
Hailing from Daveyton, a small Township in the
East of Johannesburg in Gauteng, Fab Futur3
yearned to make the world hear what he had
crafted himself into, throughout the few years
of writing Hip-Hop & Rap lyrics.

The 1st highlight of the Rapper’s journey came
when Fab Futur3 joined forces with 2 vocalists to
form a Trio named “SouliD”; proving to be the
most successful Project he had ever been a part
of, yet. The crew earned themselves a recording
deal with ‘Emphaya Records,’ co-owned by Dj
Shluda The Guru & Dj Tholi B.

Fab Futu3 is motivated by the struggles
that surround him, as well as the success
that surrounds him. The rappers who were
never able to succeed around him. His own
success, and the success of his friends,
motivates and inspires him to keep going. He
is also inspired by rags that he witnessed in
the hood, compared to the riches that
surround him. Hence the name of his album.
In 2024, Fab Futur3 continued to help more
people and share more music. He had the
opportunity to be one of the artists in the
Freeburn Music League Rap Competition.
This helped him to reach, help and inspire
more people. He was able to use his
platform to empower more artists, through
hosting more events and giving them a
platform to perform. He was also able to
perform and release more music through
his Hip Hop Hangouts events.

In Jan 2025, Fab Futur3 was one of two
South African Hip-Hop Artists to get booked
for the UAE WINTER MARKET, which
features Unsigned Musicians worldwide;
Eswatini, Nigeria, UK, USA, Canada, Brazil,
South Korea, The Philippines, Cameroon, to
name but a few.
This opportunity has strengthened the
artist's brand and opened an avenue to
multiple other opportunities that will
surface to the public in the near future.
