DE LORD'S 619
Bio
Owuma Oghenerekevwe Godsfavour, known professionally as DE LORD’S 619, is a Nigerian singer, rapper, and songwriter whose music blends Afrofusion, Afrobeats, emotional rap, and hip-hop into a powerful expression of real-life experiences.
Born on January 7, 2005, in Bong County, Liberia, and raised in a culturally rich household — with a Nigerian Urhobo father and a Liberian Belle mother — DE LORD’S 619 grew up surrounded by dignity, discipline, faith, and music. His father instilled strong values, while his mother nurtured his love for melody, emotion, and spiritual awareness.
From an early age, African rhythms and global sounds shaped his ears, but it was the heartfelt artistry and journey of Afrobeats stars that ignited his dream. Personal experiences of heartbreak, struggle, and the search for purpose turned music into his escape and source of healing.
His stage name, “DE LORD’S 619”, carries deep meaning: DE LORD’S is a declaration of divine ownership, while 619 symbolizes San Diego, California — representing his ambition to reach far beyond Africa.
Starting his professional music journey in his late teens, DE LORD’S 619 poured his pain, hunger, and faith into every song. In 2025, he released his debut project, the Infinity EP — a raw and soulful introduction to his sound: warm, spiritual, romantic, and undeniably African.
Through his music, he speaks to the youth, the broken-hearted, and dreamers striving for greatness from humble beginnings. With influences from Afrobeats, hip-hop, and street life, his lyrics explore love, loss, faith, identity, and resilience.
As his presence grows across streaming platforms and social media, DE LORD’S 619 remains committed to being a voice for his generation — in Nigeria, Liberia, and around the world.
