Dal Segno

Dal Segno (born Thato Jobeta on 14 October 1993) is a house DJ, producer and saxophonist from Johannesburg, South Africa.

Segno developed an interest in music at the age of 16. After high school, he pursued a career in music and enrolled for a course in Classical Music and Jazz Music at Trinity College of London. He later studied Music Production at Richfield College, where he fine-tuned his music production skills.

Segno's career began in 2015 when got an opportunity to perform at the Grahamstown Jazz Festival in Eastern Cape. Since then, he has been performing at different clubs and events as a DJ and saxophonist.

As of 2020, he was working as a full time producer, house DJ and saxophonist. Segno has produced two singles called 'Manz’andonga' and 'Hamba' and a series of mixtapes under his 'The New Village Experiment' brand.
