Khangelani aka Jahkid is Khangelani Nizibone Izibele Ezingaka Ezityhiliwe Ngumsindisi Ezityhilela Thina Bantu. Multi disciplined artists born in Cofimvaba in the Eastern Cape Province of the Republic of South Africa.

Currently living in Cape Town in South Africa. Plays world Music that is made up of Afrobeat meeting Reggae Music, delivered in Hip Hop Vernacular fashion style expressing what life has to offer. The music like poetry is protest music against bad things facing humanity. With Kwaito or rather Amapiano like tones, Khangelani can switches from protest to celbration of share world cultural heritage shared by humans via the music.

Producer of events and cultural exchange programmes and a firm believer in youth development via skills transfer. Has played in various stages both In rural South Africa and Uptown Cape Town as well as the Cape Townships namely Gugulethu, Khayelitsha, Mitchell's Plain. As a child trained by Nontembiso Mtshotwana started busking in the streets of Cape Town CBD. As a teen was part of various hip hop crews and cultural groups including Madiba Pioneers, Pipe Squad, Informative Blackseeds and the famous Soldiers of Informative Arts, Finishing High School in Sinethemba Senior Secondary in Philippi, King as he commonly known has played in a number of school and community events including being the Founder Member of the Soldiers of Informative Arts in Mandalay in and around 1998. After 2003 in youth and emerging artist stages and studio including events played on various tours in South Africa namely Soweto, Julles in Johannesburg as well as Yeoville and East Gate. Internationally had played in the following europeans countries Switzerland,Austria, Poland, Czech Republic, and Germany to name few. In past experiences had been booked to open for Big artists such as Teba Shumba, Black Dillinger, Alpha Blonde, Brassie Van die Kaap, Black Noise, Rattex and First Case

Debut Solo Album entitled Made In Cofimvaba offering total of 32 tracks, recorded in Malunga Park in Gugulethu, Kwezi Park in Khayelitsha, Kempton Park in Johannesburg as well as in two cities in Germany namely Nuremberg and Furth. In the Album worked with following producer Bulelani Racaza known as Planet Earth, Mr Tshiwula known as Beatology, Phillip Land known as Dj Phast, Nick Dreitausend known as Nick (Sabotage Soundtrack) and BC Mutemasango known as BC to name few.
The Made in Cofimvaba features Talent such as Trust Mutemasango as Yodaman, Liefy Jones, El Ninho , BraZuKA AKA Senzo Sakwantu the Omniscient Narrator (Mzwabantu Mose) as well as Bc just to name few additional voices on the album
