Hislegacy

The Country Boy, is a multifaceted South African artist born on March 1, 1997, in Soweto, Gauteng. As a singer, songwriter, stage performer, rapper, model, public figure, and actor, his diverse talents have made him a prominent figure in the music and entertainment industry.

Introduced to music by his late father, Nhlanhla Antonio Marchia Ngwenya, a musician, poet, and activist, Hislegacy's musical journey began at a young age. Growing up in a musi- cally rich environment, he learned the art of vocals and breath control from his father, setting the foundation for his own musical endeavours.
At the age of 15, Hislegacy embarked on his music career, recording his first projects and joining the boy band West Godz. Under the local record label Tbo-tainment, he gained confidence and later co-founded the multimedia companies Westgodmedia and Lacost Ent. Remaining independent, he released his music under his own establishment, showcasing his commitment to artistic freedom.

Hislegacy's genre-spanning music, covering Hip/Hop, R&B, Afro pop, Afro soul, Pop, House music, and Rap, reflects his versatility and willingness to explore different sounds. His association with notable artists like Rapboitrizzy, Gianni, Big Fred, Nicom Muza, Abcrazy, Rashid Kay, and Yinks Official highlights his collaborative spirit.

With years of active engagement since 2012, Hislegacy con- tinues to make waves in the industry, striving for supremacy and working with industry giants. His first TV appearance on Etv marked a milestone, and notable events like Abcrazy's Single Launch featuring Nicom Muza and Hislegacy's own EP Launch at Booth Night Club showcase his growing influ- ence and presence.
In addition to his remarkable solo career, Hislegacy is cur- rently part of a collaborative effort with Progressive Records UK further solidi- fying Hislegacy's involvement in shaping the contemporary music landscape on a global scale. His dedication to this group project showcases not only his individual artistry but also his commitment to contributing to the collective musical journey.
