I am a young Congolese professional driven by a passion for building artistic careers that are sustainable, human-centered, and bold. Throughout my journey, I’ve chosen to invest myself in artist management, blending artistic vision, digital strategy, emotional support, and entrepreneurial innovation.

My approach goes beyond operational coordination — it reflects a strong ambition to reposition local talent within global dynamics, offering them structure, visibility, and opportunities that match their true potential. I see each project as a complete work of art — from creation to distribution, branding to stage performance — always with deep respect for the artist’s identity.

As part of this mission, I founded ByHerb Cré’Art, a creative management structure dedicated to developing emerging African talents through strategy, cultural innovation, and rooted storytelling. Through this platform, I currently accompany Fifamè, a Beninese singer, composer and percussionist whose musical language merges afro-fusion, spiritual expression, and feminine resilience. Her work resonates with the memory of African women’s leadership and embodies the strength of a new generation.

As a manager, I prioritize a collaborative and human approach while integrating tools from digital media, cultural marketing, and the creative industries. My commitment is clear: to build artistic journeys that are coherent, visible, and rooted in the realities of today’s Africa — and the promises of its future.
