Bio

Academic Deep is a 27-year old deep house producer and DJ based in Gauteng, Pretoria.

He started making music through inspiration from his uncle (Dr DjHK) CEO of Husky Records. He also draws inspiration from the likes of Atjazz, Reelsoul Music and more.

He has played with the likes of TimADeep, Spin worx , SoulBee and more. In 2021 he was named in the top 10 best remixers of the year by the(DHN)Deep House News . He is now working towards a prosperous independent career and keen on collaboration with some of the best producers in SA.
