Born and raised in Botswana, YdotC, now Young C is a rapper whose love for music started when he was 12 years. At that age, he did his first freestyle on R. Kelly’s track ‘Fiesta’. With no access to a studio, he would record his music on radio cassettes. In 2008, he decided to record his music in the studio. In 2011, Young C, now "YdotC" began releasing under Young C and recorded an called EP Psychosis Diagnosis.
