Uumuntu Cultural Festival

Uumuntu Cultural Festival is an initiative of Alakie Mboya-Owuor founder/director of Shangari Communication.

City Council of Nairobi continues to play a crucial role in this festival as most of the participating groups are members of their social hall centres within the department of social services and housing welfare and recreation section of City Council Nairobi County.
