Shotgunn (real name Tulonga Fillemon) is a Namibian musician whose music career began in 2004 when he was a member of the Oluwano Music Organisation. His love for music was prompted when he used to listen to music by artists such as The Dogg, Gazza and South African artist Mandoza. He started doing kwaito music and later mixed it with soukous and kwasa-kwasa.

He released his first album, 'Chidolodolo Mokacie', in 2007. In 2010, he released '0505 Birth and Death'. It was followed by 'Epokolo' in 2013, on which Shotgunn introduced live instruments to a few tracks. ‘Epokolo’ features artists such as Max the Don, Ndina and Dorry. On the instrumental tracks, he worked with local kwasa-kwasa and rumba band 4x4 Too Much Power. In July 2014, he released a single 'Follow Your Dream'. It was accompanied by a video that features Exit.
