Majahonke Nhlenge-tfwa

Majahonke Nhlenge-tfwa is a gospel artist from Swaziland. He hails from Velezizweni in Mankayane. His passion for singing was harnessed by his exposure to his high school’s SSCF choir while attending school at Swazi National High. He started singing in church when he was eight years old and was compelled to make something out of his talent. This saw him founding a group called Super 7 which rapidly gained popularity back then.

Having completed high school, he decided to pursue his music career by joining popular gospel group ‘Youth Ablaze’ in 2004. He contributed to the group’s four albums. He was also instrumental in the formation of the group called Boysein (2007). He has since released his debut album titled ‘Ngicinisele’. His album which boasts of versatility as it comprises of a number of genres has been receiving numerous airplay on local radio stations.

Motivated by the likes of DT Masina of Healing Waters, Ntsika Fakudze and his parents, Majahonke set out to sing gospel for the love of church and the bible’s teachings. The music outfit Youth Ablaze played a tremendous role in shaping his musical career.
