Daniel Gomes
Bio
Daniel Gomes is the president of the Association of Music Professions of Senegal (AMS). He has been at the helm of AMS since December 2013.
In 2016, Gomes became an executive committee member of the International Federation of Musicians (FIM) where he is also a projects coordinator. He has occupied influential roles in the arts industry and is a representative of the AMS in the steering committee of the Senegalese Copyright and Related Rights Office. He is also a member of the committee responsible for monitoring international NGOs.
Gomes is also a musician and member of the Oriazul music group.
