Call for applications: COVID-19 arts projects in Kenya
Kenyan percussionists are encouraged to submit projects under the theme, Social Economic Impact of COVID-19, as part of the three-month Together at Home campaign by the Kenya Cultural Centre (KCC).
The Together at Home campaign was launched earlier this month by the Ministry of Sports, Culture, and Heritage. It included a 100 million Kenyan shilling ($940 000) stimulus package for artists, actors, and musicians.
The campaign is being spearheaded by several government agencies and departments that will engage creatives to create awareness, sensitisation and educational content relating to the COVID-19 pandemic.
