Mi Casa to host 2026 Friendship Cruise from Cape Town

The cruise, presented in partnership with Heart FM, will take place aboard the MSC Opera and will travel along the Atlantic coast. The organisers announced the return of the event following a sold-out edition in 2025.

Curated by Mi Casa, the programme will feature performances by a range of South African musicians, DJs and comedians across the three-day voyage.

Some of the artists scheduled to perform include DJ Fresh, DJ Ready D, DJ Capital, and Rowlene.

According to organisers, the programme will include live music performances, DJ sets and comedy shows taking place across several venues on board the ship. The schedule will also include themed parties, dining experiences and other entertainment activities for guests.

The cruise ship MSC Opera features multiple entertainment and leisure facilities, including restaurants, bars, swimming pools, theatres, spas and lounges.

Ticket packages are currently available, with organisers offering discounted bookings for a limited period and allowing travellers to secure reservations with a deposit.
