LIV Golf South Africa fest to combine music, sport in Jorburg
Johannesburg will host the LIV Golf South Africa festival from 19 to 22 March 2026, a four-day event combining live music, golf and lifestyle experiences at Steyn City.
Scottish DJ and record producer Calvin Harris will headline the LIV Golf South Africa festival in Johannesburg.
The festival will feature performances by Scottish DJ and producer Calvin Harris, alongside South African artists Black Coffee and GoldFish. Additional acts on the line-up include the Saxby Twins and Lordkez.
Organisers say the event is designed to bring together music audiences and golf spectators in a shared setting, reflecting a broader shift towards hybrid entertainment formats. The programme will include live performances across multiple stages as well as golf-related activities linked to the LIV Golf brand.
The inclusion of both global and local artists places the spotlight on South Africa’s live music sector, which has seen increasing experimentation with cross-genre and cross-industry events. By pairing electronic music and Afro-fusion acts with a major international golf property, the festival highlights the growing overlap between sport and lifestyle entertainment.
Calvin Harris is expected to headline the event, marking one of the major international bookings on South Africa’s 2026 live music calendar. Black Coffee and GoldFish, both established names in electronic music, will represent the local contingent alongside emerging performers.
The festival forms part of LIV Golf’s expansion into new markets, with South Africa added to its schedule of international destinations. Further details regarding ticketing and the full programme are expected to be released ahead of the March event
