Zim Hip Hop Awards 2025: All the winners

Bling 4 won Best Male and contributing to Song of the Year for ‘Boyz Rangu’, a collaboration with Runna Rulez. Runna Rulez also secured the People’s Choice Award, reflecting strong audience support.

Sane Wav recorded a notable showing, winning Best Hip Hop Personality and Best Newcomer, marking a significant breakthrough. Holy Ten and Micky Black were recognised for Best Collaboration with ‘Bhema Bhema’, while Klyve Beats took home Best Producer.

The awards also acknowledged excellence across performance and creativity. Noluntu J won Best Live Act, while Yadis received Best Female. Mulanation was named Best Duo or Group, and RSK won Best Club DJ. Paintafresco was recognised for Best Verse or Sweet Sixteen, and Mugaratia claimed Best Alternative.

In genre and specialist categories, Calvin won Best Gospel, Kuda Rice took Best Spoken Word Artist, and Benefit Tanaka was awarded Best Underground. Bhanshee received Best Positive Social Impact, while Mr Nyamz won Best Diaspora.

The ceremony also recognised contributions beyond performance. Tawanda Chari won Best Online Journalist, Ridims & Raps received the Planet Dodger Best Online Media award, and 3rd World Ent was named Best Brand Supporting Zim Hip Hop. Shabeen Fest won Best Promoter, while Voltz JT received Best Hustle.

Technical and visual achievements were also highlighted, with Bagga and Director O winning Best Video and Video Director. Best Club DJ honours went to RSK.

Lifetime honours were presented to veteran artist Stunner, who received the Lifetime Achievement Award, while Babongile Skhonjwa was recognised with an Honorary Lifetime Award.
