Bio
Lee Dia is a Rwandan singer-songwriter, performer, and multilingual storyteller. Her music is rooted in R&B, with influences from Afro-fusion, Neo-soul, and Jazz – shaped by a strong sense of identity and emotional depth.
Her work explores themes of healing, empowerment, culture, memory, and womanhood, resonating across Africa and globally.
She has performed on prominent stages across Africa, Europe, and Asia, including the World Cultural Festival (Pakistan), Le Célestins Théâtre de Lyon (France), and Kigali Up Music Festival (Rwanda). She also appeared at the Visa For Music Festival (Rabat, Morocco) and the Hellwach Festival (Hamm, Germany) as part of Ishyo Arts Centre’s multidisciplinary project, Little Kesho.
