The VIBE Artist & Talent Development Workshop will be held on 26 June, bringing together aspiring artists, DJs, producers and music industry professionals for a series of educational sessions focused on career development and industry practices.
According to organisers, the workshop will cover topics including the music business, copyright and intellectual property, artist wellness, branding and digital marketing. The programme is intended to provide participants with practical knowledge and insights into the music industry.
Emerging artists will also have an opportunity to engage with industry professionals and may be selected to perform at the VIBE Showcase.
The showcase, which takes place on 27 June, will feature performances by developing artists alongside established acts. Organisers say the event is designed to highlight local talent and encourage collaboration within the music sector.
The two-day programme is open to artists, producers, music professionals and members of the public interested in supporting local music and talent development.
Tickets for the event are available through Computicket, while local emerging artists may apply to attend the workshop.
