Nolwazi Dlamini is an experienced Human Resources professional with a proven track record in large-scale corporate environments, including the mining and logistics sectors. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Industrial and Organisational Psychology, which underpins her structured approach to governance procedures, personnel coordination, and operational oversight. Her expertise strengthens the project’s administrative integrity and compliance framework.
Within the creative sector, Ms Dlamini operates as both a workshop management specialist and creative entrepreneur, where she applies corporate governance principles to arts-based programme delivery. She has served as a Session Coordinator and implementation support practitioner, contributing to structured facilitation, stakeholder management, and programme administration. Notably, she played a key coordination role in the Scoring for TV and Digital Media Workshops held on 6 December 2025, ensuring smooth logistical execution, documentation accuracy, and adherence to operational protocols.
