I’m Zena Valerie Malima, an entertainment and sports publicist from Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, dedicated to using storytelling and media to move culture forward. As the founder of Nyamtara, I work at the intersection of music, film, fashion, comedy, and sports, building partnerships and campaigns that connect talent with audiences across Africa and beyond.

My journey in PR and entertainment business management has led me to collaborate with organizations such as the Hollywood and African Prestigious Awards (HAPAWARDS), the Aisha Khamis Masaka (AKM) Foundation, and M-Net. Along the way, my work has been featured in outlets like BBC Swahili and The Citizen.
