*JBC* is a South Sudanese dancehall artist, singer, and rapper known for his versatility on reggae, afro, and dancehall beats. Born in Yei Town, often called “Small London,” and now based in Juba City, he started his music journey in 2016 and has been building his sound ever since.

Beyond the studio, JBC works as a barber at a hair salon in Juba. Music is his passion, but it’s also how he connects with people—turning everyday stories into rhythms people can move and relate to. He draws inspiration from listening to a wide range of music and brings that energy into his own songwriting and performance.

Whether he’s singing, rapping, or riding a reggae riddim, JBC’s goal is simple: make music that reflects real life and keeps the culture alive.
