DJ Vistar is the artist persona of Vuyo Magwa, a South African DJ, music producer, and actor originally from the Western Cape. He is known for producing authentic deep, soulful, and jazzy Afro-house music.

Vistar's journey into music began from a humble background where he used record collecting as an escape from a difficult upbringing. Beyond music, he is also an established visual artist.
