He is touted as the new sound of African gospel music. Cwesi Oteng is a young Ghanaian gospel recording artist.
His music has a unique mixture of urban sound with western contemporary elements but importantly fused with cross cultural African Rhythm which is laced with thought provoking messages that is relevant to current times and also appealing to both young and old. In 2008, he came with his debut album "Blessed Are They" and he has been inspirational ever since.
