Flex of He & I

Flex of He & I is a musician and poet from Thabong, South Africa.
His work sits at the intersection of indigenous African sound, spoken
word, and contemporary production, shaped by travel, and lived experience.

Rather than pursuing spectacle, his practice moves slowly — privileging memory and listening. Instruments such as the mbira are treated not as symbols, but as companions in a wider process of storytelling and cultural continuity.
