DJ Cuppy

DJ Cuppy (real name, Florence Ifeoluwa Otedola) is a Nigerian DJ. Daughter of Nigerian businessman, Femi Otedola, she was born in Lagos in 1992 and earned a degree in Business and Economics from King’s College London in 2014. She was appointed tourism ambassador for Nigeria’s ‘Fascinating Nigeria’ campaign by Nigeria’s Minister of Tourism in 2014.

At age 16, DJ Cuppy began DJing and by 17 had played for a number of clubs and events. She has performed at the 2014 Financial Luxury Summit, Tatler Magazine and Christie’s Inc. Art Ball and the 2014 MTV Africa Music Awards.

After graduating from King’s College London, she released a mixtape 'House of Cuppy' (2014) featuring a blend of Electro house and African pop sounds. The album has spawned a sequel, 'House of Cuppy II', released June 2015. It features Nigerian rapper Olamide, singer Yemi Alade and South African rapper AKA among others.
