Liquideep

Soulful house duo of US-born Jonathan ‘Ziyon’ Hamilton and Thabo ‘Ryzor’ Shokgolo formed in 2007. Just two years after their formation they caught the attention of the nation with the track ‘Fairytale’, which got playlisted on every major station in SA. Liquideep released their debut artist album, 'Fabrics Of The Heart’, in mid-2010 and it became a undisputed sensation. The album went double gold, generating a string of dancefloor-fillers and awards, including an MTV Africa Music award for Song Of The Year for ‘Fairytale’ in 2010, and Samas in 2011 for Album and Duo/Group of the Year.

They went on to share stages at home with US superstars Akon and Angie Stone and tour the world. The duo have also featured on a number of popular compilations and released remix albums 'Deep Part 1' and and 'Deep Part 2'. In early 2013 they released their long-awaited album, 'Welcome Aboard', reminding fans that they are here to stay.
