Zakifo

Zakifo Musik Festival is an eclectic live music event connecting Africa with the Indian Ocean Islands, Europe, India, Australia and beyond. It is a spin-off of Sakifo, Reunion island’s premier live music festival, bringing that world-class 'island magic' to the South African city of Durban.

Zakifo boasts an innovative urban festival concept and a world-class line-up made up of leading international and local artists. Zakifo is a member of the Southern African Music Festival Circuit, a regional fraternity of music festivals that take place over the months of May and June each year, including Bushfire in Swaziland, Azgo in Mozambique and Sakifo in Reunion.
