Leezy Lindokuhle, born Lindokuhle Angel Khumalo and also known as “Queen Don,” is a rising South African hip-hop artist from Snake Park, Soweto. She is a multi-talented creative, working as a rapper, songwriter, producer, model, and creative director. Emerging from the kasi, her music is deeply rooted in her environment, blending African trap, kasi rap, and kwaito influences into a sound that feels both authentic and forward-thinking. Inspired by global icons like 50 Cent, Eminem, and 2Pac, Leezy began rapping in high school and quickly built a reputation through rap battles and competitions. She has won contests such as Bettr.App #OwnTheBeat and the SABC1 rap challenge, and has performed on major stages including Cotton Fest. Beyond music, she has collaborated with brands like Puma and Redbat. Leezy represents a new wave of female rappers in South Africa—bold, self-defined, and committed to reshaping the narrative of women in hip-hop.
