Emerging from a genre largely dominated by male artists, she has established herself as a bold and influential female voice within the local dancehall scene, using her music to express both personal and social narratives rooted in everyday Zimbabwean life.
Her music career began gaining traction in the early 2010s, as she became actively involved in the Zimdancehall movement, frequently appearing on riddim compilations and collaborating with producers such as Sunshine Studios. Through consistent releases and performances, she built a strong following, with songs like “Ndidewo,” “Mpunduru,” “GOGO,” and “Sahwira Mukuru” contributing to her growing recognition.
