Open call: Mahindra Fusion Fest 2026 in SA

The open call forms part of the festival’s broader programme and is positioned as a platform for emerging and independent creators to showcase their work in front of a national audience. Entries are open to musicians, fashion designers and visual artists, with submissions closing on Saturday, 31 January 2026.

According to the organisers, the competition will select leading participants in each of the three categories. Winners will receive R30 000 in cash and an opportunity to present their work on the main Fusion Fest stage during the event.

In addition to the creative competition, Mahindra South Africa has announced the Mahindra XUV 3XO Test Drive Challenge. Members of the public who participate in a test drive of the newly launched compact SUV will automatically be entered into a draw to win VIP Fusion Fest tickets, branded merchandise and a weekend getaway with a Mahindra XUV 3XO.

Mahindra Fusion Fest 2026 is scheduled to take place on Saturday, 7 March 2026, at the SunBet Arena at Time Square in Pretoria. Doors will open at 18:00, with ticket prices starting from R450.
