Aero Manyelo
Bio
Chobolo Manyelo, better known as Aero Manyelo, is a South African DJ and house producer. He was born in Zebediela, Limpopo, in 1987.
At age five, his family moved to Ivory Park, where he grew up. He developed a strong love for music due to his father, who introduced him to jazz. He later studied at Johannesburg Central College, where he completed his Matric. His career as a producer and DJ started when he got his first PC and started making demos. Those demos soon made it to the doors of Soul Candi, who offered him a bursary to study sound engineering in 2007. In 2008, he was signed to BlackwHole Entertainment, which released his first EP called Herbal Island.
He began working for BlackwHole full-time, and during this time, he released a song called “Mexican Girl.” DJ Oskido heard this song and was so impressed that he included it in his compilation album. He later formed a house group called Manyelo Dafro with fellow producer Dafro.
