Bio
Cécilia Pietrzko is a seasoned music publisher, creative producer, and founder of Grown Kid, an agency she co-established around 2012, focusing on music supervision for brands, French series and films.
She launched a label imprint in 2017 with artist James BKS, specializing in rap and Afro‑music, which led to international collaborations featuring Mr Eazi, Little Simz, will.i.am—and notably Idris Elba
In her capacity at Grown Kid, Cécilia has overseen music and sound supervision for luxury brands such as Armani, Prada, Yves Saint Laurent, and Mugler, as well as French screen productions. She also champions cultural empowerment, particularly supporting beatmakers in film.
Cécilia Pietrzko is also committed to advancing gender equality in the music industry. She serves on SACEM’s Gender Equality Commission and actively participates in international initiatives such as Keychange and MEWEM, programs designed to empower women and underrepresented talent in music and creative sectors.
Passionate about education and knowledge-sharing, regularly participating in conferences across French- and English-speaking Africa to train and mentor artists, producers, and managers on critical topics such as copyright, publishing, and master ownership, empowering creators to protect and maximize their rights in a rapidly evolving industry.
