I am a dedicated  Artists Talent Manager and the co-founder of Flawless Wave Entertainment Agency  from Tanzania, specializing in the discovery, development, and management of artists across both creative and commercial dimensions. My expertise spans artist development, contract negotiations, and strategic partnerships, strengthened through hands-on professional training with the Audio Girl Africa Foundation Summer Music Business Program (Nigeria) and the Music Unlocked Boot Camps delivered by Tanzania Music Business Hub, Quinn Law Chambers, and BXTRA Records.

Currently, I manage Bongofleva artist Xayden Flawless and music producer Jo Keys, overseeing their careers with strategic precision, structured planning, and strong industry alignment. Through innovative direction, targeted development strategies, and a robust professional network, I work to ensure that my clients thrive within an increasingly competitive global music landscape.

In parallel, I serve as a Program Manager at African Film, Arts & Social Revolution (AFASR), where I apply my expertise in arts programming, marketing and promotion, capacity building, and cultural production. In this role, I support creative releases, expand regional engagement and membership, and design and lead professional training programs that strengthen skills and career pathways within the performing arts sector. I have also successfully produced and presented theatre performances at major cultural platforms, including the Bagamoyo Arts International Festival, Nafasi Art Space, Urafiki Festival Zanzibar, Swami Vivekananda Cultural Center, and the Russian Cultural Centre.

Beyond individual artist management, I am passionate about expanding the visibility of African music through international collaborations, cultural platforms, and digital channels. By bridging local talent with global audiences, I aim to create meaningful opportunities for African artists to achieve international recognition while preserving authentic creative identities.
