Ruth Berhe, best known as Ruth B, is an Ethiopian pop singer based in Canada.
Ruth B made her breakthrough in 2015 when she posted snippets of her six-second song on Vine. The post marked the beginning of her career. She later released a full version of the song 'Lost Boy' on YouTube. As of June 2017, the video had 56 million views. Her debut album, ‘Safe Haven’ was released in May 2017. As of 2017, she was signed to Columbia Records. On 2 April 2017, she was awarded Breakthrough Artist of the Year during the Juno awards.
