Mandi Vundla and The Bantu Social Jam is a live 'poetry in song' production of Mandi Vundla's debut album: A Love Song for Miriam Makeba, released 2023. The Album is composed in honor of the iconic, relic of African song, humanitarian, and Pan-Africanist: Miriam Makeba.
The spoken word/music album is composed by Karabo Condrad Khumalo, mixed and mastered by Neo Sebaka and features musicians: Zu. and Khokho Madlala and Tubatsi Mpho Moloi. Poems such as a Love Song For Miriam, Black-Out, Bloody Alphabet and the likes, are dribbled between jazz, a touch of the blues and ethnic African sounds.
A Love Song For Miriam Makeba has played at Mangrove, Braamforntein and the South African State Theatre.

The Bantu Social Jam Band Is an eclectic jazz band with a matured sound fusing jazz, neo-soul, hip hop, broken beats, and afro lounge to form an irregular yet pleasant sound.
