Victor Mfula, popularly known as as Pastor Victor is a Zambian born musician from Muchinga Province, Northern Zambia. He sings in four different languages namely English, Bemba, Northern Sotho and Zulu. He is the Last born in a family of six children. He started singing at a very tender age for a local traditional band. He moved to Kabwe town where he attended his high school. While in high school, he joined Bwacha High School Choir which was one of the best choirs in the country.

In 2000 he became a born again and realized that he could sing. This prompted him to choose gospel music. He later moved to Chambishi where he worked in the mines. He later moved to South Africa where he founded a gospel music outfit called Gospel Harp as leading vocalist.  

Apart from singing, he produces music for other artists. He has recorded over four gospel albums all of which have been very successful with a message of hope and love. These include 'Tamwakandekeleshe' (2006) 'Shekina Glory' (2011)  'Jesus My Super Hero' (2012) and 'I Refuse To Fail' (2016).  He has performed in churches and other venues in several African countries.
