LYKAH

Malaika Gcobo, better known as LYKAH, is an Eclectic Soul singer, songwriter, and performing artist who uses her music as a medium to challenge stereotypes and confront dogmas in hope to liberate minds. With her writing style being “songversational” (conversational through song), her music is positioned as social commentary that inspires, encourages, and activates audiences to aspire to change for the best. She has a passion for collaboration and has thus founded the Fusion Volumes movement as a platform for artists from different art forms, genres, styles, and mediums to collaborate. She loves God, and her Christian faith is the bedrock of her identity.
