Lil Halo, whose real name is Efe Treasure Owuma, is a young rising Nigerian music talent known for his calm personality, emotional creativity, and passion for modern Afro-fusion music. Born on August 21, Lil Halo represents a new generation of young artists using music to express dreams, emotions, family values, and youthful ambition.
Growing up in a stable family that was neither poor nor extremely wealthy, Efe Treasure Owuma learned the importance of humility, discipline, and hard work from an early age. He comes from a family of four siblings and is the younger brother of Nigerian Afrofusion artist DE LORD’S 619, whose musical journey became one of Lil Halo’s earliest inspirations.
His mother, Agnes Manu Owuma, is originally from Bong County, Liberia, giving Lil Halo a strong West African cultural background that influences his identity and artistic vision. Through both Nigerian and Liberian roots, he developed a unique connection to African music, storytelling, rhythm, and emotional expression.
At only 12 years old, Lil Halo is already building his creative path with a soft, youthful sound inspired by Afrobeats, melodic trap, Afro-pop, and emotional street music. His artist name, “Lil Halo,” reflects innocence, light, dreams, and a peaceful spirit while still carrying modern star energy suitable for the global music scene.
Known for his imagination and love for music culture, Lil Halo aims to inspire young people by proving that age does not limit talent or vision.
