Bio
Iviwe Nkopo, is a versatile musician excelling as a singer,
songwriter, traditional bow player, and guitarist. Her music is a blend of Afro fusion, pop and folk music with the elements of African music. Born in Tembisa on August 18th, 2006, she currently resides in Strand. Her musical journey began at the age of 8 when she became a member of her school choir.
In 2021, Iviwe Nkopo made her debut as a solo artist, which was a big turning point in her
career. Since then, she has performed to captivate crowds in a number of locations across
Cape Town. Fresh out of high school, she is now pursuing her dream of studying music at the South African College of Music, UCT. Currently, she is focused on refining her art and establishing herself as a prominent figure in the music industry, promising a future
marked by musical excellence.
