DJ OLASTY

Doku Christopher, popularly known as DJ Olasty, was born on 30th June 2000 in Traio-Akote under the Suhum Municipality in the Eastern Region of Ghana. He is a talented and fast-rising Ghanaian disc jockey who gained national recognition at the Ghana DJ Awards in 2019, earning nominations for Discovery DJ of the Year and Best Eastern Region DJ of the Year.

He grew up in Koforidua in the Eastern Region of Ghana. DJ Olasty is an alumnus of Koforidua Secondary Technical School (SECTECH) and a graduate of Emak FM Media School.

He began his career as a sound engineer and later transitioned into professional DJing after completing secondary school. Over the years, he has built a solid reputation not only as a dynamic DJ but also as an event organizer and talent groomer, contributing significantly to the growth of the entertainment industry in the Eastern Region and beyond.

DJ Olasty has also performed at the prestigious VGMA Nominees Jam held in Koforidua, now known as the Telecel Ghana Music Awards (TGMA) Nominees Jam.

Currently, he is recognized as one of the hottest and most influential DJs in the Eastern Region of Ghana.
