Bhadilah

Bhadilah is a Zimbabwean musician who has worked with a number of other established Zimbabwean artists. Bhadilah is also an award winning artist in Zimbabwe. The Beitbridge born musician has 4 musical awards to his career. Bhadilah is counted among the top House/Gqom/Kwaito artists in the country of Zimbabwe and it is very inappropriate to talk of the successfulness of the House music industry of Zimbabwe without mentioning this youngster who is in his early 20s.He was born in Beitbridge's oldest township, Dulivhadzimo on 30 November 1996. His real name is Gift Lihlohonolo Ndlovu. Bhadilah's name came as a result of a mispronunciation of some TshiVenda words (Bhanda langa ligai) meaning where is my belt.

Career

He started doing music in 2013 when he was doing his A Level education at JZ Moyo High School where he also studied for his O level studies and he is currently doing his Higher and Tertiary education with Joshua Mqabuko Nkomo Polytechnic. He released an album titled African Child when he was still in high school. He used his school pocket money to fund the recording of his debut album. Bhadilah has produced hit songs that have gained national recognition in Zimbabwe's top radio stations.We talk of hits like Nkonela, Lele kuphi, Amina, Musanda Washu, Monday Yang'bhora,Sebenza,Shaker & Dzungudza only to mention a few. Dzungudza was once a top chart rocker on Zimbo-Weekend show on Power FM. He also fid a track titled Shaker with Boom Beto of "Munodonhedza Musika" fame. He also did a re-make of his track Monday Yangbhora with Bulawayo rapper Cal_Vin. Bhadilah's face is very familiar to his fans on screens as he has been on the national television of Zimbabwe (ZBC-TV) more often on interviews as an artist and also as a presenter of the famous Jikinya Dance Festival Competitions (2018)
Bhadilah also had his Nkonela music video aired on DSTV Channel O in February 2019.
