Dzaleka Cultural Association (DCA)

Dzaleka Cultural Association (DCA) is an organization in Dzeleka, Malawi. Popularly known as DCA, the organization was founded following struggles within Dzaleka's social groups. This was caused by ignorance, misunderstanding and intolerance of each other's cultures. People in Dzaleka and other surrounding villages have great talents such as music, dance, poetry, drama and many others. As such, the platform will is used to present what they have. In 2014, the Dzeleka Refugee camp in Dowa hosted its music and cultural festival called Tumaini Festival.
