Nathi myeza

Nathi Myeza is a passionate and talented gospel artist, singer, and songwriter from KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. Born and raised in Emsinga, Pomeroy, she later relocated with her family in 2011 to Dannhauser, Koppie Allen (Skobharen), Ward 1.

Nathi discovered her love for music at an early age, beginning her musical journey in church where she developed her vocal abilities and spiritual connection through gospel music. Over time, she became a choir leader and songwriter, contributing significantly to her choir's success, including winning multiple trophies at local competitions such as those hosted by Imbalenhle Burial Society.

In 2022, she took a major step in her career by recording her EP titled “Ukholo Lwami”, showcasing her songwriting talent and deep-rooted faith. She has also collaborated with local groups including uGadiqolonezingane zakhe and Abafana Bendawo Maskandi Group.

A breakthrough moment came in October 2024 when Nathi received an unexpected WhatsApp call from a representative in Kenya, informing her about an opportunity to audition for an international record label. She successfully completed online auditions for DCMusicLove, a London-based recording label. Shortly after, she received confirmation from the label's owner, recognizing her exceptional talent and inviting her to London.

Nathi traveled to London, where she spent two weeks recording over 30 songs, including collaborations with artists from Mozambique, Zimbabwe, Kenya, and the United Kingdom. During her stay, DCMusicLove fully supported her with travel, accommodation, and production resources. The label also facilitated the production of her music videos, helping her expand her global reach.

Despite her efforts to seek support from arts and culture institutions in Gauteng, Nathi remained determined and continued to build her career independently. Her dedication and talent earned her recognition as a strong vocalist and gifted songwriter.

She is currently working closely with DCMusicLove Record Label, through which she has released music available on major digital platforms including Spotify, iTunes, YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok. Her growing fan base continues to support her work across social media platforms.
