Bio

Musa Njoko (Nomusa Njoko) is a prominent South African gospel artist, HIV/AIDS activist, and long-term survivor, known for being one of the first public figures in South Africa to disclose her HIV-positive status in 1994. Based in Cape Town and originally from KwaMashu, she has used her music to fight stigma and advocate for social justice, often blending her personal journey with inspirational performances.

  • Albums: She has recorded several gospel albums, including Xpressions (2023) and Izethembiso (2023), with songs like "Sohlangana eGalile" and "Fly Away".
