Fally Ipupa Nsimba (born December 14, 1977) is a celebrated Congolese singer-songwriter, dancer, and producer often called the "Prince of Rumba." Born in Kinshasa, he rose to fame with Koffi Olomidé's Quartier Latin before launching a successful solo career in 2006. Known for hits like "Eloko Oyo," he blends Rumba, Ndombolo, and Afrobeat
