D Voice, born Abdul Hamisi Mtambo on 10 October 2004 in Temeke, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, is a rising Singeli music artist whose sound reflects both cultural roots and contemporary influence. Singeli, a fast paced local genre, forms the foundation of his musical identity, with his melodic approach and expressive vocals setting him apart within the scene. His voice carries an emotional clarity that has helped him connect strongly with listeners across Tanzania and beyond.
He is signed to WCB Wasafi, the record label founded by Diamond Platnumz, marking a major milestone in his career and positioning him among a new generation of artists shaping East African music. Growing up in a low income household, D Voice’s journey is grounded in resilience, discipline, and faith, which continue to guide his personal values and artistic vision.
