Miguel Young is currently the Royalties Operations Manager for BackOffice Music Services, a company that offers outsourcing services for operative tasks within the music industry.
Miguel has been a part of the BackOffice team for 18 years. With operations in Latin America, Brazil, Africa and India, BackOffice works hand in hand with author societies, music publishers and digital service providers to maximize the flow of royalties from digital sources.
