Bio
Sandra kicked off her music career with Dezil’ Group in 2004, winning the Diamond Disk Award in 2006. She performed alongside artists such as 50 Cent, Rihanna, Black Eyed Peas, and Shaggy in 2005. She is credited for her stunning vocal appearance and dance moves while performing. The young, vibrant artist has released seven albums: Baddest Girl in 2010, Fanm Inik in 2012, Mon Santiman in 2014, Mon Parkour in 2016, Rekonesans 1 in 2018, Unison in 2019, Rekonesans 2 in 2023.
The talented Sandra got a trophy in ‘Voie des L’ocean Indien’ in Reunion and made an appearance in Miss Inter-Continental which took place in Seychelles at International Conference center auditorium. She thrived and won best Female Artist in Cable Tune Award held in 2012. 2013 was also a successful year for her, she won the Creole Festival song contest. The biggest cultural festival held in Seychelles yearly.
With her remarkable progress and shining throughout 2014 she won three Cable Tune Award. In 2015 Sandra was invited to perform in the International Creole Festival of Mauritius in 2015. After hard work and determination, she launched a new album in a concert at International Conference Centre in 2016. 2018 was also a brilliant year for Sandra as she launched another of her album in a concert at on the 7th of August and due to public demand, she reloaded the concert in October the same year. The adventurous and ambitious artist was selected to re- interprets an Indian song by the invitation of the office of the ambassador for India in Seychelles for Mahatma Ghandi.
In 2019, Sandra reached the finalist stage in the Seychelles Arts Award and Made and performed in the Mela Festival in India.
Through her devotion and passion about supporting and helping female artists shine in the music Industry She did a “Fanm for” meaning strong Women, all women concert at the Mini Stadium in Seychelles on the 1st of February 2020 and due to high public demand same concert was repeated in the International Conference Center Auditorium on the 6th and 7th of March to celebrate Women’s Day.
To celebrate her 20 years as a performing artist she did a live concert at the International Conference Centre Auditorium on Friday 27th September 2024. Being a cancer survivor herself, the artist did a Live Concert on the 25th of January 2025 at Music Stadium in Seychelles in collaboration with the Cancer Concern Association. Sandra was selected to perform throughout the FIFA beach soccer tournament which was held in Seychelles from 1st to 11th of May 2025.
