Bongani Mdakane
Bio
Bongani Mdakane is a music lover who holds an LLB from the University of South Africa, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Drafting and Interpreting Contracts from the University of Johannesburg.
Mdakane served his articles at Spoor & Fisher, a law firm that specialises in Intellectual Property law. His legal career thus became a perfect conduit for him to pursue his passion, music, and the business of music.
Mdakane then joined SAMRO as a legal advisor. Later, he moved into the recording industry, joining Ambitiouz Entertainment as Legal and Business Affairs Manager, a role he currently holds. He also serves as a CAPASSO board member.
